I took my jeep in because it was leaking antifreeze. They took several multi-day appts before they found the issue. I had a blown head gasket. When I stopped in to schedule service on my Jeep Wrangler for an accelerator that stuck in full throttle, I was totally ignored. When I finally found someone to acknowledge me, they acted like they didn't care and wouldn't even give me a date to bring it in. Even during normal maintenance appointments in the past, they have not been overly friendly or helpful. I will not return!

I have a jeep compass and a great mechanic that keeps it ridding like new. I got a leak from the seal on tranny being a dealership only fix ( which the tool and fluid is available online very cheap ) the mechanic told me he could get the job done if wanted. We are very disappointed, we dropped James' truck off around June 12th telling them that the transmission went out while driving on the highway, fully willing to buy a new transmission from the dealership. They checked the truck out and insisted it wasn't the transmission. They have now had his truck for close to 2 months, after even sending it to another dealership because they did not have time or staff to get to it. We were debating between purchasing a Traverse or Jeep Laredo. In doing a cost comparison, the Jeep was less. The dealership did their best in giving us a reasonable price and the service was fantastic.

i gave the ratings i did because kyle was awesome. He worked with us and made sure we were happy when we left. They were all nice there and were all right there too help. Have never had a more pleasurable experience with a dealership, fro the purchase to service to parts. These guys are the greatest and will continue to do business with them even though they are over 60 miles away. We have other dealerships closer and have not had the professionalism that McDonald in Clare offers.

We went to the dealership to look at a Yukon that was on Auto Trader, but it was just sold. So Melissa went on the internet and checked the other car lot that the dealer had and found one that fit our needs and had it delivered so we can check it out. Very disappointed! My first car I bought from here had a great experience so bought a second one, Had a couple problems service told me everything would be taken care of, turned out to be warped rotors so they say. Picked up my car got on the highway with my kids in the car for the same thing to be wrong, so I drove it straight back. I suggest if the problem is over 65 mph then test drive it over 65 mph. Mike was great, not the typical 'pushy' salesman. The same should also be said for the sales manager Jason. Mike was straight forward and honest in his answers. He was not afraid if he didn't know the answer. He went to ask the mechanic and I spoke to the mechanic as well. He made my young daughter feel involved on my initial visit and is the reason we made the extra drive to Clare, instead of using one of two closer dealers.
Mike was very easy to work with and took the extra time to demonstrate the functions of the Avalanche. Mike also took the extra time out of his personal schedule and stayed after closing hours to show me the truck. I was very pleased with the overall personal attention and very happy with my new truck so far.

I lease two vehicles so I deal with dealerships and sales people every couple of years. This was by far my best experience leasing a vehicle. I spoke with Nick and explained what type of vehicle I wanted and with which options. He quickly located the vehicle and went over pricing with me. This took a very short time and the vehicle was even delivered to my house. I will continue to use Nick as my salesperson and tell my friends to do the same.

Great overall experience. We visited a lot of dealerships trying to find the "right" vehicle for us. They were more than cooperative to help. They were not pushy unlike other dealers in the area, which made the experience enjoyable!
Dealership staff provided great customer service above and beyond what I expected. A new windshield was installed along with a spray in bedliner and the vehicle was ready 24 hours later.

These guys were terrific. We were looking at Jeeps. They explained all the great incentives that Chrysler had to offer. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. Myron was very helpful during the Request For Qoutation on a 2012 Mini Van. The company purchased another mini van from the dealership last year and recieved good service. Very professional and promt answering any questions or clarifications needed.
